A public warning issued November 16, 2011,concerning Listeria in Ginger Beef now includes over 30 additional products.The bulk products listed may be sold from clerk-service counters at grocery stores in various weights and with different UPC codes. Consumers who are unsure if they have the affected product are advised to check with their place of purchase.These products were distributed in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario.The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Ginger Beef Choice Ltd. (EST 615) are warning the public not to consume certain ready-to-eat product sin the list, because these products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
